A delightful meal featuring air-fried salmon bites marinated in a flavorful soy, sesame, and ginger sauce, served over seasoned rice and accompanied by a fresh cucumber and carrot ribbon salad.

What you need

oz salmon

tsp honey

tsp sesame oil

tbsp sesame seed

tsp rice vinegar

clove garlic clove

tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

in fresh ginger

rice

tsp chili garlic sauce

persian cucumber

Instructions
1. Mix all marinade ingredients and toss with the salmon. Marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour. 2. Air fry the salmon at 370°F for about 5 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily. 3. Cook rice according to package directions. 4. Once cooked, mix in a couple spoonfuls of Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar to taste. 5. Slice cucumbers diagonally to create a spiral effect, then break into a few smaller pieces. 6. Use a vegetable peeler to shave the carrots into thin ribbons. 7. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and toss with the cucumbers and carrots. Let marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes. 8. Serve salmon bites over rice with the cucumber carrot salad on the side.
